Herbicide will be used at this event. We will meet in the parking lot near the restrooms as shown on the map below. This workday is from 9am-12pm. You are welcome to leave at any time, but we ask that all attendees arrive 15 minutes early to sign in. All participants are REQUIRED to complete a virtual safety training prior to the event that will take around 20 minutes to complete. Registration links are sent out on a weekly basis. *Participants must be at least 18 years old Rules and Other Information The Strike Team is limited to individuals 18 years and older.Strike Team volunteers may control invasive plants using herbicides or potentially dangerous cutting tools.Participants are required to wear lace up shoes, work gloves and/or chemical resistant gloves, eye protection, and clothing to provide sufficient protection or comfort for working in areas with dense vegetation.
